I noticed an in authorized charge for nearly $1000 on my credit card. When I spoke with the agent (Erin- who refused to give me her employee number, the centre location, the number of the center, the city that it was in, or even the name of a
manager, or if there was a feedback, line ) she wasn’t able to bring up any information on the booking, including what my name was or where the travel was booked for. After a very long and annoying conversation with her where she apologized a lot about her inadequacies, as yet failed to do anything about them I ended the call I had to charges reverse through my bank, but this company is a total scam.
