Please avoid this company at all costs. I purchased thinking it was a company that had offices in UK henses creality UK site. Ordered a printer and paid via pay pal it arrived in 3 days broken. Contacted the company and they told me they will send
out a replacement cable and fix it myself. I told them this was unacceptable and I demanded a refund as the product wasn't fit for purpose. They point blank refused to give me a shipping address and told me to try to fix it myself first. I raised a pay pal dispute and told them I wanted a return address to send the broken product back for a full refund. Finally pay pal has ruled in my favor on the basis I send the product back to the address the Company has given. They have sent me a return address to China in Chinese knowing it's impossible for a UK post office to type in a Chinese Address. Again I've been into pay pal to demand a return address that's in English and a return address to a UK address not a Chinese one. Please ,please don't buy from this company at all. Customer service is unacceptable and company is a shame. They take your money. Give you broken products and don't care as they have already got your money.<br />
Chinese garbage.
