I ordered 2 lamps from them in January. They notified me the lamps were in process of being shipped and gave me a tracking number. Weeks later when I had not received the lamps I contacted the shipper who informed me that though there was a tracking
number the item had never been delivered to the shipper. I contacted Global who apologized and promised me that now the lamps were being shipped. It is now 3 months later...no lamps, no tracking info, and they lie about sending what I paid for.
