Paid extra for a refundable room. Needed to cancel my trip due to Covid. Told me to click refundable.me link to get my money back. They wouldn’t refund my original form of payment, they needed my checking routing number. Filed a claim through my
credit card company to fix since I will not be getting my money back from merchant.
