ITT International TEFL and TESOL Ltd., and World TEFL Institute, are both owned and operated by James Anthony Dwyer; as is the accreditation website International TEFL TESOL Accreditation Council.
Besides the fake accreditation website, James runs
the following TEFL scams:
1. Fake reviews (writing reviews of his programs).
2. False claims of charity donations to Save the Children.
3. Multiple online sockpuppets (aliases).
4. Doxing customers that successfully win a chargeback refund from a course purchased from James.
5. False claims of being UK-government-regulated.
6. Offering one poor course and packaging it into many options.
7. Falsely claiming to have an office in the USA and the UK; in actual fact, James runs his fake TEFL courses from the Philippines.
8. The inability to use the TEFL certificate for most reputable online and in-person companies.
