I have used many hosting providers before and never have I met such irresponsible and non-committal class before + they are scammers.
From the first moment after registration, I found that my domain was not working!
I tried a lot and in the end I
found it only works through VPN, and this is unacceptable for it to be a completely new site from scratch and it only works through VPN in many very normal countries from which I target visits.<br />
And when I asked them about a solution to that problem, they asked me to use a proxy from Cloudflare so that the DNS of the site would be modified globally. I did not refuse to cooperate and did what was required, while I am basically shouldn't be responsible to solve their hosting problems myself when I payed money for a stable service that can be accessed globally.<br />
Three days have passed without any results, and every time they reply asking me to wait for the domain to be propagated on the new DNS, and I am waiting and the time is being wasted in vain!<br />
And they take the problem to the governments of the countries that block their domains, and all this without the slightest recognition of the truth of the matter, the real reasons which I tried to find out.<br />
How can a website and domain at the very moment of its creation be banned in many countries?!<br />
At first, they asked me to change the hosting plan to VPS so that they could change the DNS, which would cost more money beyond my tolerance limits, and therefore I refused and asked them to change my DNS or cancel the service and refund my money.<br />
After that, in the last hours of the day, I did a lot of research, and I came to the root of the problem, and it was the biggest disaster!<br />
They put all Litespeed subscriptions on a single DNS for everyone!!!<br />
We can overlook that as clients, but provide to us a DNS guaranteed to run globally, not to put all clients on one suspicious disreputable DNS like this 176.123.0.83 which is blacklisted globally!<br />

I'm not responsible to solve anything on this DNS IP, because you put me on the same DNS with other sites you're hosting doing "Phishing, Counterfeiters, Cryptogarbage, stealing accounts, Carders" !!!<br />
It's not fair at all that I bear the faults of others and I get punished with them for things I didn't do!<br />
It's like trying to get on a bus with a bunch of armed bad guys and get caught the moment I get on while I'm still on the stairs, and I haven't boarded yet!<br />
Why you are using a bad reputation same DNS for the whole Litespeed hosting?!<br />
And it has become a habit for you, with every new client who complains that his site is blacklisted, to ask him to use a proxy from CloudFlare to cover up your laziness in solving the root of the problem!<br />
Why you don't change that DNS?! What you will lose instead of getting bad reputation between Webmasters?!<br />
The governments didn't block the DNS from themselves, they blocked the whole DNS services because it's blacklisted by Spamhaus DBL/SBL.. So it's a normal reaction from any good government to protect their citizens from getting scammed.<br />

Once I became sure they wouldn't move me to a different DNS, I asked to cancel the service and refund my money, but I faced the biggest joke of my life :-)<br />
Come on!!! Is it a scam??!!! you refund €3.54 EUR of €27.86 EUR and even as a balance on your site?!!!<br />
What I got from you to pay €27.86 EUR + fees then get back €3.54 EUR without receiving them on my personal wallet away of you out of your site?!!!<br />
And all that from your bad reputation DNS which you linked my site on!<br />

And they replied: "You paid that amount for domain + service, in accepted terms of use on registration page is clearly written that we didn't offer the refund for Domains, SSL certificates and Control Panels and if you pass the registration page you accept that terms and for that reason you got only refund for refundable service."<br />

What even I will do with my domain under your control?!<br />
It's not a lack of experience or lack of knowledge from my side, but it's a bad service from your side to force your clients to use bad reputation DNS blocked around the world!<br />
If you gave me a good service I wouldn't ask for cancellation, and as I asked for it without using it or getting any benefit from it, you have to refund all what I paid on my personal wallet out of your site balance.<br />

That was my last message to them and they didn't reply yet after 2 hours!<br />

I brought it here and will not stop publishing this honest review everywhere with the whole world webmasters if you AlexHost scammers don't refund my whole payment on my personal wallet away of you.
