I ordered from this company and they took forever to deliver - so I chased - to be told that my item had been delivered. I checked the tracking number and it had been delivered to the wrong address - 200 miles away. I contacted them to explain and
gave them my address details again - the same happened so I asked for a refund - this was there reply: <br />

We are just a small company. Your missing package is also a great loss to our company due to the prepaid expense on shipment. We have paid too much for your order. So we can’t refund to you.<br />
