Defective products..no support for the products..misleading information upon purchase
Purchased an iPhone battery case. Told lifetime warranty. Within 2 weeks I received an error message "device not compatible" and I could no longer charge my phone or battery case. I contacted RLX and they said yes Lifetime warranty but you must pay
