Very disappointed with the after sales service. No valid phone number available to jump on a call to request support. No ETA as to when support emails will be answered. So you are in reality relying on your luck that the product you buy will be
delivered. Bought Emma bed and mattress on 27/01 with an estimated delivery date of 15/02. Raised a support query on 16/02 - was asked to wait until 20/02 (which I did), when I followed up after 20/02, there is just silence. NO update, and no way of finding out whether I will be getting the product or not. Stay clear from such deals - they are just too good to be true. Oh, BTW, went to Emma Sleep directly for assistance and they clearly mentions that since I bought the product via Pigsback, any queries will be dealt by Pigsback.
