My experience when purchasing from this shop was very positive. Things changed when I asked to return some products because of my pet's death. At first, I was given authorisation by email and, the next day a courier came to my home to collect the
items. It has been nearly two months since the collection and, no refund has been made. I lost count of how many emails, phone calls and messages I have sent which remained unanswered. In the last week, the customer service phone seems to be disconnected. They owe me over 100 Euros. Thieves!!
