They promise 7-day delivery and give you the tracking order, but then after 7 days are due and the delivery company has never heard of your tracking number the customer support not only has no clue on where it could be, but also conversations
escalates very quickly to rudeness, Caps writing and even sarcasm. I have just discovered that the exact same thing has happened to them. At least I was able to get refund.
