Purchased an expensive item, chose 2 day express shipping.
8 days later item is not received. When tried emailing the store I have received very rude response by some Stefan, I am not even sure who let this guy to interact with customers, he
definitely needs to take some customers service class. He literally told me that they don't promise delivery time and he started his email with phrase "first of all". There was never an apology for late delivery
