They are very unprofessional. I ordered a gm mdi2 tester with software (paid $56 extra) and the program stopped working 3 times in 4 months.
The support responds very slowly and solve the issue in 3 days. I gave up last time and find other
solution.<br />
It is not normally to buy hardware and software without any warranty.<br />
The support service is the worst one.
