Order arrived incomplete. I worked with Jane to place the order on Cosmo- Korea. They very eager to please when it comes to relaying the payment details to get their money through Wise. They don’t accept credit cards. However, when I contacted them about part of my order missing, they were nowhere to be found. Jane is totally disingenuous. Don’t be fooled by her friendly messages. From what I understand Jane works on a commission. As long as she gets her commission, Jane doesn’t care about ethical business practices. I was lucky to get the bulk of my order delivered, albeit late through FedEx International. However a perspective buyer should be aware that one is taking a chance giving this company your money through a money transfer service ( WISE) which offers no recourse if something goes wrong. Once they have your money, you’ll never hear from them if something goes wrong. Best to find another seller and stay away from Cosmo- Korea. A business exchange with them is a dicey proposition.

I received my international shipment within a few days during the holidays no less. The esthetic products I ordered are in perfect condition and also have long expiration dates. The correspondence was delayed because they are very busy and not as well staffed due to pandemic restrictions. That is no reason to give this company a low rating. I don’t understand how or why this company should be rated so low.
