I was contacted via Instagram on Saturday 7th November 2020 by a lady called Mrs Mercy Williams a representative of a company called cointradersfx.
She informed me they traded in forex trading and that with an initial investment of £300, I could
make £900 within an hour. Although I was reluctant and sceptical, I was convinced by testimonials of others both on the Instagram page and that of the website. (https://cointradersfx[removed by editor]/?a=home)
Sunday 8th November, 2020 I registered on their website. With the assistance of Mrs Mercy the started my initial investment was $200 (£155.15). All Payments were made from my Halifax Easy Cash account. Bitcoins bought through Guarda App and Coinmama. Payment made through Simplex-Elastum and BTC WAL (as shown on my bank statement). Profit made at this point was $4,700

Then was asked to pay another $1350 as my profit was too high which I made. Then was told due to delay I had to make another payment of $600. Profit at this stage increased from $4,700 to $7,500. Then was informed I had reached Profit Achievement for withdrawal process (email dated 9/11/2020 12:15 GMT). I then received another email immediately claiming cost of plan change that I was to make another deposit of $3,500 to boost my trade to Master Plan (email dated: 9/11/2020 12:37 GMT), this time my profit had increased from $7,500 to $35,000.
This is the point I demanded to speak to a manager where I was passed on to one. This manager still insisted I paid the last amount to finalise the trade. I insisted I didn’t have any more payments as I had run out of funds. He was able to persuade and gave me 100% assurance of my profit if I was finalise the trade with £1,000 instead of the $3,500 to which I did. Then I received another email (dated 16/11/2020 Cost of delay) demanding a further $750 due to cost of delay. At this point, the profit made was $35,444.00. Then I became aware and suspicious as both the manager and Mrs Mercy Williams were still being persistence for more deposits. In total, I have paid £3,278.03 and received nothing. I am still trying to get some solicitors to assist me get my money back. They even asked me to borrow from a friend.
