Ordered a T shirt in April, filed and claim and had to send it by mail after being sent 2 incorrect shirts. On August 18th, mailed from Springfield MO to Indianapolis and as of August 25th that where it has been. I had it sent Certified so that I
could track it. I have tried calling and you get two choices and a recording that tells you that because of the virus orders will be late. :{ I have sent claims and letters but it does no good. I was so proud to be a great grandma (blessed) but This has upset because I cant even talk to a human to get something settled. A total of alittle over $40.00 was taken out of my checking account and nothing has been done about that either. VERY VERY VERY UPHAPPY!
