I been calling everyday for this matter n management they tell u will call u back n 4 to 6 days me I never would expect a big company like... this to tell me I have to wait for a manager to call me back I went in store n they were sold out of

Michael's clearly doesn't
Michael's clearly doesn't care about it's environmental impact, as they still send unsolicited paper advertisements to people addressed as "or current resident." Personally, this kind of unsolicited advertising is offensive and not appreciated.
