Horrible customer service. I have issues with a company providing a tracking # then claims THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT COMPANY IT WAS SHIPPED WITH. The tracking # only works on a specific website and nowhere else. I've tried at least 10 different "global"
tracking sites and none can find it. NEVER AGAIN! (Shoulda done some research first... Oh well!) I am going to request Visa reverse the charge as this is obviously a scam.
