I’ve been battling with Gigsberg since July 2024 over a ticket issue, and the experience has been awful. I ordered tickets for a premium section near the stage, but I was given seats in a much worse location with a partially blocked view. I was
charged 3000 EUR and only received a reply three months later, offering just 570 EUR in compensation.<br />
This is not acceptable. Despite being promised better seats, Gigsberg has ignored my evidence and kept most of my money. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about Gigsberg to be careful; my experience has shown that they don’t care about customer satisfaction.
