Contacted Pluscentre prior to purchase to check it was compatible with my car. I then purchased early August, fitted a few days later to discover it was faulty. Parking sensors don’t function and both DAB and FM sound like nails on a blackboard as
it scratches in and out of signal. Contacted PlusCentre who spoke to me for 6 days telling me to do alsorts to resolve the issue. Nothing helped. Requested a refund or replacement as per their own warranty. Suddenly all communication stopped. <br />
When I started the legal process to recoup my money I discovered they are a scam company. Their registered address on the website does not match the company address on the card payment. In fact the card payment company details are a company that have never heard of Plus Centre and don’t do online sales.<br />
If you’ve been caught out I suggest contacting your bank and reporting the scam company using cloned company details to receive payments. Visa are currently investigating.
