Booked hotel in advance ( las vegas ) through this site and after few days started getting message stating "unable to process you reservation payment" - see attached file. Sent email to customet service, received reply that seems like its a problem
on my site with advise to call my bank or use different card. Tried all the optiones. Nothing changed. Finally after few days trying to pay for reservation I had no choice but cancell this reservation an dbooked the same hopel though another website. I would not recommend using this site for booking hotel in USA as its Spain based site and you have no control over it.
