I received a product that was personalised and it had the wrong writing on it. The product also wasn’t good quality at all a lot smaller than it looked and looked tacky when came. It wasn’t a cheap product either it was £30 and looked like a
child had made it. I expressed my concerns by email to them and after around 10 emails of them offering a 10% then 15% then 20% compensation they said the best they could do was offer 50% refund. As this was a present I was unable to give this as a gift and lost half of my money. They were rude not understanding and weren’t bothered about the fact the product was wrong anyway.
