Placed an order 6.20.24 with standard 3-5 (business) day shipping. They have the ability to communicate via text message which is cool, so 6.26 I text because I have not received an email that my pkg has shipped. They text back at 10:15 pm EST that
the order is not expected to ship until July 4 and they would look into expediting it to me. <br />

Mind you, it is currently set to be shipped via USPS to my post office box. And in case you missed it, the post office doesn't run and isn't open on July 4th.... Ever. And you cannot expedite to a post office box without the related street address and other paperwork. <br />

None of that matters because it is the very last I heard from them. Two days later I asked for my order to be cancelled. No response. <br />

Fast forward THREE WEEKS. July 16 I received emails stating my order had shipped and to email them back if there were any problems. So I responded Fri 07.19 during their business hours and received an automated response stating they typically respond within 2 hours. Tuesday and it is still crickets. <br />

They are terrible at customer service, awful at communication and they lie about their shipping times. It doesn't matter how wonderful their product is ... All of the negative attributes make them unworthy of giving money to.
