Instead of shoes I received an empty package. Laced launched an investigation with Royal Mail, who determined it wasn't royal Mail's fault. Laced told me it wasn't their fault and that they couldn't (wouldn't) do anything further for me or offer any
compensation. <br />

Further attempts to contact them (and their CEO) were met with silence. <br />

Maybe I was unlucky, maybe you'll be unlucky. Just don't expect to get your shoes or money back if anything happens to your package.
