Following my initial negative review of Fast Holidays, their unprofessional and manipulative behavior has only worsened. A representative named "James" contacted me, pleading for the removal of my honest review. He claimed they were students working
at the agency and that my feedback would harm their business. I initially agreed to reconsider, as I didn't want to cause unnecessary trouble.<br />

However, today I received a call from "Jason" (who previously identified himself as "Harry") in their supposed customer service department. He attempted to manipulate me into accepting only a partial refund of £100, despite my payment of £150 for a Schengen visa service they failed to deliver. Their refusal to provide a full refund for their own incompetence is appalling.<br />

I now strongly suspect that Fast Holidays is not a legitimate agency, but rather a group of students using fake English names to deceive customers. Their inconsistent identities, unprofessional conduct, and attempts to avoid accountability are major red flags. I urge potential customers to avoid this fraudulent operation at all costs and seek services from reputable, established travel agencies instead.
