The was no driver when we arrived at Naples airport. The phone number we received by email proved useless because the customer service assistant did not know the location of the driver and refused to provide their phone number. They also claimed the
booking was for 9pm, not 8:30pm which was not true. Later when we requested a refund the Airports Transfers company simply forwarded our complaint to the service provider and did not assist us in any way. They also said the refunds are discretionary and only the contract company can decide whether or not to issue refunds. Naturally, the service provider never issued us the refund and also lied that the driver was actually there on time, which is not true because we stayed there the whole time and no one tried to approach us or call us. We have made screenshots of the phone log and our location during that time to prove that we were waiting in front of the arrival hall and sent all the proofs to the Airports Transfers Company but they still ignored our messages and did absolutely nothing.
