They shipped merchandise I paid for. It was misdelivered/lost. You call them and as soon as you mention there is an issue with delivery they start repeating "your breaking up" "I can't understand you" then they disconnect ... but the entire time
they are crystal clear on your end. If you email them directly (the contact page on their site works one out five times) they will eventually claim they will ship again with expedited delivery at no cost, but don't actually honor their promise. If you agree to accept those terms, they stop responding. If you continue to try seek resolution a different representative contacts you and again claims to be willing to ship with expedited delivery, but again, they won't actually do it. They try to waste your time long enough that your credit card company will no longer issue a refund. It's a stall tactic.<br />

They're not a complete scam. They do ship the first time. I've received items from them before. But IF there is ANY issue, they will not take any steps to solve it, opting instead to attempt to keep your money without correcting the issue that prevented you from getting your paid for merchandise.<br />

Buyer beware. You'll pay them, never get a refund or anything resembling customer service so it's a gamble. Better hope that first shipment makes it or you're in for hell trying to get your money back.
