Ordered in Germany. Sender says I gave him an incorrect address and that my package is lost. My addresses were correct, even after sending him proof of comparison between post letters I recieved and the address on the shipping tracking is the same,
owner still claimed it was my fault. I lost time contacting many postal services in Germany and Netherlands, and they all told me the sender has to take care of it. The sender stopped responding to my emails and even after I mentioned that my order has 50% insurance, I got nothing back. Lost about 90 euros, but I will damn make sure every review website knows that getting your order from this site is based on luck and If you get problems from the post, even if its not your fault, the owner will block your email and you wont get a response. Website is based in the US and not EU, so EU laws dont affect it.
