They charged me for a premium economy ticket, issues me a reciept for a premium economy ticket, but booked me the cheapest economy ticket possible. They admitted an employee messed up, but refused to fix the error and told me to dispute it with my
credit card company. I ended up paying double what a basic economy flight should have cost. Absolute scam and no interest in fixing their mistake.
