I am writing this review to warn other businesses about the dishonest and unethical practices of Patent2Product. My company engaged Patent2Product for product development and manufacturing services, but what we received was far from
professional.

Our experience with Patent2Product has been nothing short of disastrous. Initially, everything seemed promising. We approved the samples, expecting mass production to adhere to the approved designs. However, Patent2Product made unauthorized changes to the product design after we had given our approval. These changes rendered our product useless.

When confronted with these issues, Patent2Product insisted on discussing matters over the phone, clearly attempting to avoid leaving any written evidence of their misconduct. This tactic was obviously designed to prevent us from having a written record of their lack of integrity and accountability.

During the crucial stage of shipping our product from China, Patent2Product refused to provide Customs with the necessary Export License, causing severe delays in our shipment to Amazon[removed by editor]. This delay resulted in a significant financial loss for our company.

The final straw was when we discovered that the inserts were nothing but cheap cotton cloth, entirely different from the absorbent gel inserts we had approved. Here is an email I sent to them, expressing my outrage:

"Wait, so it's going to cost more for inserts than the underwear? People aren't buying them because there are no refill inserts available. So, there are no profits to split.

1 box of underwear costs us $5.67/box, while 1 box of inserts will cost us $5.92/box. That doesn't sound right, and is way too high.

I am at a customer's house right now. He showed me the underwear. What the hell is wrong with you people?

The boxer briefs are too short, the insert is just a cheap piece of cotton that holds absolutely nothing! Where is the absorbing gel? Where are the instructions to put these on and change them? I personally wrote and sent it! Why does the QR code send customers to YOUR website, instead of https://www.originalkeepmedry[removed by editor]? Why do the underwear not match the picture on the box?

You people are not getting another dime.

I did NOT approve the insert change. I did NOT approve these!

These need to be fixed before we send you guys another dime!

I don't want any excuses or blame shifting, I want quality results. This is inexcusable, and we are NOT paying to fix this!

We are going to an attorney about this."

Due to these subpar and unauthorized changes, several investors backed out, refusing to fund us because of the poor quality of the inserts. Patent2Product's actions have severely crippled our company.

To add insult to injury, I discovered that several positive reviews about Patent2Product were left by their own employees and the CEO, Michael Hayden, to deceptively inflate their company's reputation. The following employees have left these misleading reviews: Veric Mec, Pooh Adov, and Lisa Beth Robinson.

Michael Hayden, the CEO of Patent2Product, has a well-documented history of attacking individuals who leave negative reviews. He often responds by falsely claiming that these dissatisfied customers were never in a contract with his company. This tactic is nothing more than a cowardly attempt to discredit legitimate grievances and shift the blame away from Patent2Product's glaring deficiencies and unethical practices.

I dare Michael Hayden to try this with us. We have ample documentation of our contracts, communications, and the blatant discrepancies between the approved samples and the final products. Any attempt to deny our association or invalidate our experience will only further highlight the deceitful nature of Patent2Product.

Businesses, take heed: if you value your company’s reputation, quality control, and ethical business practices, steer clear of Patent2Product. They have shown a repeated pattern of sabotaging their clients' products and then attempting to evade responsibility through misinformation and intimidation. Do not fall victim to their schemes. Our experience is a cautionary tale of how Patent2Product can cripple your business with their unprofessionalism and dishonesty.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid doing business with Patent2Product. Their unethical practices, lack of accountability, and substandard products can ruin your company, as they have nearly done to ours. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
