Used customer service chat feature TRYING to get info (clarification) on their Prime Plus benefits. The guy helping me repeatedly could not answer a simple question on a major benefit (site only shows 4, so not that hard). After pressing him several
times he finally answered, but seems copied and pasted from elsewhere because it was NOT relevant to what they offer because it's online only and he referenced in-person courses. THEN he ended up changing his answer to something totally different. I never DID get an answer to the ONE question in at least 15 minutes. I gave up and didn't even bother asking my second question, which would have been for clarification on included courses for Prime Plus because one spot says ALL courses included but yet another spot in Terms & Conditions says NOT ALL are included and listed some exceptions - that were kind of unclear (because I don't know what they mean by a regulated course). Was Exasperating. Site seems legit BUT unsure about their customer support or if REALLY have people working there who can help if I took a course. So am also skeptical that they deliver what they say they do.
