DO NOT TRUST UniUni courier service, They has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with their abysmal level of service. From the outset, it's abundantly clear that your courier personnel lack even the most basic understanding of English.
In a multicultural and multilingual society, this is simply unacceptable[removed by editor]munication breakdowns due to language barriers should not be an issue faced by customers in this day and age.<br />

It's mind-boggling how such a simple request can be so blatantly disregarded not once, but twice.<br />

This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and attention to detail when entrusting a courier service with my deliveries. However, UniUni has failed to meet even the most basic standards of competence.<br />

It's high time for UniUni to take responsibility for their shortcomings and implement measures to rectify them. Whether it's through better training for your personnel or stricter enforcement of delivery procedures, something needs to change. Customers should not have to endure the frustration and inconvenience caused by your inability to fulfill even the simplest of requests.<br />

I strongly urge others to think twice before using UniUni for their courier needs. There are plenty of other reputable courier services out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and adhere to delivery regulations. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reliable option. UniUni, it's time to step up your game or step out of the courier business altogether.
