I booked a ticket with them from the Hopper app. They called to say that ticket was not available but they could get me on a different (worse) flight for only $120 more. They had already charged my card. I received the confirmation email. Check on
the confirmation a week later and it had been cancelled, but not by me. The airline told me I had to work this out with best ticket fares, but all I get from them is a voicemail saying they will call me back. Hasn't happened yet, and I don't think it will. a very expensive lesson learned.
