I placed order for china flash light with 90us$. But Ubuy cancelled my order after paid. I asked multiple times to refund money back but they just said the gate way already auto refunded. Finally they sent me a bill of auto refunded by Payu money
gate way, but the amount does not reflected. So I asked again and again, they even asked my confidential bank documents such as bank e-statement, account number for escalation I paid them as well. Finally I contacted Payu money myself because Ubuy is not working for my issues. Payu transfer back to Ubuy. "I write a letter to Ubuy there sign by my signature to transfer the amount to my friend account" because they continuously said rejection by my bank. I know, this letter is legally safe side for them and international audit as well because I already working in finance department. But they denied my requested and only Ubuy credit to my ubuy account. But this credit is useless, I can not placed any order. Every order I place with ubuy credit got cancelled not one or two times more than 15 times. So I wrote wrote a review, they contacted me ( +18594497810) with this number to delete the review and told me to contact customers support to asked orders can ship or not. I follow it " customer support tell me, sure we can ship this products to you then I place order", they cancelled anyway. I lost my money with this way. I just got exhausted, lost money, waste time. It will be different from your experience I wrote because I don't want to lost your money like me. Just try Amazon, Flipkart they can place cash on delivery and if you don't like you can return within 72 hours.
