Saadlo is one of the worst sites I’ve transacted with, till date. I’m an online buyer and often visit sites to pick up stuff of my choice. I picked a white and blue skirt top that had an MRP 3599/- and Saadlo was offering discount and selling it
at 1799/-. <br />
On the site there was no size description given. I marked the size I needed. <br />
There was no COD OPTION. I had to pay online. I paid. <br />

What I received was horror. It was a large size skirt and blouse( thought mentioned label said M) and of a very cheap quality. It was stitched poorly and I was obviously sad on my pick. I went on the site to return as the site had mentioned that they would return the package if a wrong or damaged piece is sent, and in my case they had sent a wrong piece. But They refused to return it and continued to force it on me. I could take the alterations but how could I take the cheap fabric quality they had used for the price they had charged?? <br />

Onvipusly, I put my foot down, they finally said I would have to courier the package myself and bear the cost of courier myself. Only after receiving the package, they would refund. <br />

I had no choice but to get it couriered from my packet. After five days and reminders, they refunded my money but not the exact sum that I had paid. They refunded only 1700/- ( re100/- less). <br />

I incurred a total loss of 200/- and got nothing. I later tried sending them<br />
Msgs, even called them but they neither took my call nor responded to my<br />
Msgs. <br />
It’s not so much about the petty loss of money as it is the hurt and harassment caused to me due to Saadlo. <br />
I know for sure this site is not what any customer like me would like to visit again, Ever!!! <br />

Their attitude in dealing with customers is not right. Very sad experience. Indeed!! <br />

Money plundered by first overpricing, then showing false marketing gimmick like discounts and then giving a very low quality stuff. Returning the product is anytime another ball game of harassment.
