They don't care about anything except your moneyI ordered sympathy flowers at 8am yesterday for same day delivery. The order status said 'in transit' all day, until I finally rang yesterday evening to enquire. The woman, obviously not in Australia
based on her accent, promised they would be delivered by 9pm. No delivery. I jumped on line and chatted with the LIVE CHAT person and told them I wanted a refund, thinking that I would go through another florist. As soon as I mentioned the word refund, they never responded after that. As proof that they weren't responding, I tried to email myself the chat transcript - didn't work. I tried to PDF the chat transcript - didn't work. I woke up this morning, the day of my friend's mother's funeral, to find an email saying that they had been delivered at 12.25am this morning, which I hope to high heaven is not true for my poor friend who is going to lay her mother to rest today. Absolutely outrageous conduct from this so-called business. They should be shut down. Avoid at all costs.
