I was looking for a replacement fan for a humidifier. They had the product on their website, so I ordered it.
I waited the amount of time that shipping was suppose to take and nothing arrived. I emailed them. They said that they had emailed me
asking me to send me a picture of the fan I wanted! <br />

Firstly, I never got the email with the request to email in a picture and why would I have to send in a picture of the fan I wanted? If the part # is listed on your website, there should be no confusion.<br />

So I take a picture of the fan I need replaced and email it to them. They say the part is on the way.<br />
<br />
I wait and wait. I check the tracking and the fan NEVER LEFT China, according to the tracking system, the customs people in China refused to let the package be shipped and returned it to the sender.<br />

What really irks me is that after they received the part back, they never contacted me! They obviously don't care about what happens and would've kept my money if I hadn't asked for a refund.<br />
<br />
I'm going to buy the fan elsewhere at a higher price because it's NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY.
