DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TEEMARU! I purchased a pair of nike shoes ($214) that were too small on 12/23/23. I received the shoes on 1/23/24. I contacted TEEMARU immediately via email and explained the shoes were a size 12 and
that I would need a size 13. TEEMARU responded that they would need pictures of the shoes and shipping label which I provided immediately. After looking at there website I discovered they didn't have size 13. I requested a refund due to the fact they didn't have size 13. As soon as I asked for an email they responded with following BS response - "We hope this email finds you well. We wanted to inform you that we have received your recent order, and we appreciate your business with us.<br />

Firstly, we would like to confirm that the item you received is correct and exactly as per your order. We understand the importance of accuracy when it comes to fulfilling our customers' expectations, and we strive to provide the best service possible.<br />

However, we deeply regret to inform you that due to the high volume of orders we received during this peak season, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges at the moment. The sheer number of orders has exceeded our capacities, creating significant challenges in our inventory management and logistics operations.<br />

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We assure you that our team is working tirelessly to fulfill all orders with the utmost care and attention to detail. I sent 3 emails explaining that I was not happy and that I met all the criteria for refund based on there refund policy.<br />

After no response I had to download [removed by editor] to try and get a response. I explained that I wanted to talk to someone about my order, which they sent me tracking number. I explained I already received the order, but would like a refund. They responded that they already indicated they would not be able to process a refund at this time and offered a 20% refund for any issues I have on 1/27/24. I again asked when I could get a full refund with no response.<br />
