I recently had an experience with Issac Elliot, tophgvtraining.co.uk that left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. I want to share my story to help others make informed decisions when choosing a training centre for LGV CAT C+E.
I came across
tophgvtraining.co.uk through a Google ad that advertised them as a training centre. However, my experience with them revealed a different reality. Here are the key issues I encountered:<br />

Misleading Promises: tophgvtraining.co.uk promised a comprehensive 40-hour, in 10-day training program over the phone. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of this commitment. I only received 21 hours of training, which is 8 hours class 2, only 13 hours class1, leaving me feeling cheated and unprepared.<br />

they are Broker, not a Training Centre: Despite marketing themselves as a training center, tophgvtraining.co.uk is nothing more than a broker. They took a significant amount from me (£1299) and then outsourced my training to a different school for a mere £1500, pocketing the difference.<br />

Inadequate Training Location: To make matters worse, tophgvtraining.co.uk placed me in a training location that was inconvenient and far from my city. This not only added to my expenses but also wasted valuable time that could have been better spent in a more accessible location.<br />
<br />
Poor Communication: Throughout the process, communication was lacking. Promises made over the phone were not fulfilled, and it seemed like once they had my payment, their commitment to customer satisfaction diminished.<br />

In conclusion, my experience with tophgvtraining.co.uk has been disappointing, and I would caution others to thoroughly research and consider alternative options before engaging with this organization. The discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered raises serious concerns about their integrity as a service provider.<br />

Please note that I already have my medical, theory passed in my possession from previous training centre which cost me £450.<br />
