I have had my car insurance with Direct Line for six years. I still have the same car and I have never had an accident or claim and there have never been any changes to my policy. Presumably, because I have been a loyal customer and always renewed,
Direct Line thought they would be ok to increase my renewal premium by a staggering 87%. Well they were wrong. On a compare web sight I got a 5 star defacto policy with the same cover for a 20% increase.<br />
Direct Line have lost a loyal customer through greed.
