Horrible company, non-existent customer service. Shipping and tracking info are never updated, only list the package is being in transit.Upon contacting the shipping service with tracking number,the item was never sent and not in their system and
tracking numbers are non-existent. I keep receiving generic emails to my questions about tracking with coupons and percentages off a future order. Why would I ever buy anything else from them if I can’t receive what I originally ordered in the first place. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any online vendor. I’m currently going to open up a dispute with my credit company to get refunded my money since any contact with the company is non-existent and I don’t have the product itself to file return anyway. Buyer beware, Buyer Beware, Buyer beware, I can’t say it too many times Buyer beware!!! Thank you Anime Ape for ruining our holiday season.
