THIS IS 100% A SCAM COMPANY!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! I ordered their expandable car cup holder and when it came it was a flimsy piece of plastic that would not even hold a standard size mug let alone a large
one as advertised! It didn’t even fit snugly in the existing cup holder and the very first time placing a mug in it, it flopped right over and BROKE! I immediately contacted the company who took their sweet time to get back to me but then refused to reimburse me for the broken piece of defective junk and they would not even let me RETURN the product! Their return policy states that they accept return on products and that any quality problems can be returned within 14 days, I contacted them the very next day, I was well within my 14 days and was clearly reporting a quality problem of their flimsy cheap plastic product and they would not help me. I fought back and forth with customer service and in the end they offered me $2 in compensation!!! I paid $30 Canadian for this flimsy junk cup holder that was advertised as a sturdy strong cup holder capable of holding large cups with this expanding cup holder insert. I sent videos and photos as proof of their misleading defective product and they still would not accept my return or refund my money! What a joke!! So disappointing!!! I will never order from a crap online company like this ever again. Lying thieves and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!
