Horrible customer service. Bought 5 packs of Smok coils on Black Friday 2019 and when package arrived it had the wrong coils. I have sent over 75 emails and have had 1 response and they ask me to send pictures of wrong product and packing slip which
I did . I have had zero response from them when you call there phone # it says voicemail is full. If you check with The Better Business Bureau this Company has a F rating so please stay away from them.
