I booked a trip for my 18 year old son on oct 28th, 2023 departing from Whitby to Ottawa 6:30pm. He was visiting for reading week and returning to university. There was a stop in Kingston, ON. The driver left my son stranded. I get a frantic call
from him crying. Luckily another bus company just so happened to show up 2 hours later. I had to pay for another ticket to get my son home to Ottawa. The icing on the cake. His luggage, carry-on, $2000 laptop, Nintendo DS, university ID, school books, other valuables and campus card all gone. The contact number for this company is not in service. Hours later their "support" responds with a half-ass apology informing us they could not find his stuff.
