If you want your item to arrive, do not use this company. Look at all the complaints online about them. Just today they tried to say in their tracking that they tried to deliver a parcel twice to my house. I called Deirdre O'Leary, Customer Service
Chief at Fastway after the false claim the first time. She said she would look into it and promised that the parcel would be delivered this afternoon. I stayed in all afternoon. No delivery. When I checked the tracking, it said that they tried to deliver and left a note. TOTALLY FALSE. I have cameras to prove it! If you value your time and your items, don't touch this company with a barge pole!
