Unable to reach merchant through website, email, or phone. Order was not fulfilled for 11 days with no contact from the merchant so I filed a dispute with my credit card company, which they accepted. After they were contacted by BofA and the money
was deducted from my account a *second time*, they gave me an ultimatum to place a second order or they would disassemble my original order. I had to go through extreme hoops to get my money back for good.
