I have purchased 2 products totalling over $100USD and the best I got was a tracking number for one item. I tracked it going to the wrong side of our country so I called AusPost with my concerns. AusPost confirmed it was not addressed to me by name
or address. I emailed them back quoting my updated information and that resulted in no further reply from their part. I called their UK phone number after 9:00am UK time and "the number you called does not accept incoming calls. Please try a different number and try again". There is nothing else I can do. I'm screwed. Thanks FaceBook for promoting scammers.
