Poor quality (unacceptable quality) and sizing. The customer support is refusing to process a return for three days- sending automated messages that I should trust my original decision to buy, give the product to someone else and not send it back
because the postage costs will be too high. Every time the customer chat is getting closed and I have to start a new request for return. Terrible and illegal in Europe.
