17 March 2023 our one customer make payment. But reap dashboard show payout time 22 March payment will b release our company account. Once payout date pass we see don't release our payment after that we contact with them say to us service provider
hold once service provider give us feed back we will update . We keep day by day asking Thay say still don't have any update . 3 April Thay email us our service provider hold payment for 120 days after that we release but today 122 days Thay don't reply our email [removed by editor] even live chat 100 of email we send them but keep silent even we call phone number Thay don't answer. Now Thay told us service provider cancel transfer. Normally if any marchat cancel payment Thay will update and refund to customer. We ask our customers he say no get refund. He go ask his bank he say already we transfer to reap . But reap people keep lie to us . And don't respond. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within ____ days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.so we kindly request to all user don't use this thif company account . Thay stole ur money.. so please before open account in reap will read our review and very carefully this.. we write review untill Thay don't release our payment
