That's alright, I see this company does not pride themselves on keeping or rely on returning customers. Clearly a mistake was made doesnt matter by who, not to mention you can not preview the information
before purchasing to correct any potential mistakes on your website and your "25 percent off" you offer 24/7. Its not even an actual discount (like your doing me a favor). I found a better company that has better quality products at a lower cost even after your 25 percent is applied. <br />

As a first time customer I reached out to your customer service to either get a corrected replacement or a refund for the one item, and the company refuses to accommodate. Which is fine and your choice, but this first time customer will be my last time using this company for my notary supplies. <br />

Since i can not find a way to leave a review, Believe me when I say through word of mouth and personal experience I will make sure anyone I know that needs Notary supplies does not use your company and refer them to the company I've found thats more cost affective, has an order information preview availability, and has excellent customer service.<br />

I'm sure you don't care as you do not care about keeping your customers, I'm not asking for a free product I was simply asking to correct the mistake that was made regardless or a refund for the one item. <br />
